The independently controlled bain marie top is versatile and can be configured for smaller pans if required. This means your menus can offer a wide variety and choice of dishes, especially when it comes to catering for those with specific dietary requirements.
It features a simple thermostat control for the hot cupboard, simmer stat control for the bain marie.
Dimmer switch on Gantry.
Comes complete with castors. Can be fitted with tray slide and sneeze guard at your request
