Roller Grill 400 CFG Professional High Performance GAS Crepe Machine
This high performance crepe machine cooks crepes in 1 minute instead of the usual 2.5 mins: 60 crepes per/hr instead of 26 to 30 on a simple classic crepe maker.
Features: Piezo ignition. Regulating button with idle position. Safety thermocouple. Wooden "T" utensil to spread the batter evenly.
Delivered in LPG with a set of natural gas injectors.
Also suitable for Pancakes, Chapatis, Blinis, Indian tampuras etc.
Especially designed for the take-away of crepes or pancakes on, market stands, trailers, food trucks, at festivals & carnivals.
