The Parry HGBM5 Static Heated Bain Marie features a full front bonded glass display case and additional heat lamps to ensure consistency in food temperature. The bain marie top accommodates gastronorm compatible pots and can be used in wet or dry heat configuration. The unit is intended to be built into a counter and is ideal for canteens and cafeterias.
