The Parry 1887 Mobile Hot Cupboard Servery or Hot Food Trolley is a heavy-duty bain marie top heated cabinet with a double skinned stainless steel construction. The thermostatically controlled hot cupboard keeps 30 plated meals at safe and hygienic temperatures while the bain marie top has a 4 x 1/4 and 3 x 1/3 GN capacity. The simmerstat controlled dry heat bain marie features independently controlled bain marie wells, ideal for serving piping hot pre-cooked meals such as beans, gravy, curry and vegetables. Durable lockable castors make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place. This robust unit is well suited for use in care homes, nursing homes, canteens and restaurants.
