Thanks to its unique design, the warmer is ideal for holding products that are lower in height profile such as bacon, sausage, rolls and delicate products that are not normally stacked.
The drawer features vents and Digital thermostatic controls to hold a wide variety of hot foods safely for peak serving periods. In addition, the NSWD2 drawers have 2 gastronorm food pans, a temperature monitor and a power On/Off switch, so you’ve got all the control you need to safely keep food warm for extended periods.
Perfect for marinaded meats etc that are yet to be put on a grill, also can be used as a bun warmer.
