The independently controlled bain marie top is versatile and can be configured for smaller pans if required.
Thermostatic control for the hot cupboard, simmer stat control for the bain marie. Heat Range: 30-110°C

Construction: 430 grade, 18 gauge chassis, Fully TIG welded, laser cut light control panel, box section frame, 16 gauge 304 top, fully insulated chassis and doors, lift out sliding doors.
Electrical Spec: 240V 1pH, 2 x 13amp plug , 2 x 2000W element 1 x switched variable thermostat, 1 x simmerstat 1 x temperature achieved light, 2 x light indicated on off switch, 3m of cable.
WARRANTY: 1 Year UK Warranty, All Parts Covered for 12 months, Labour and call out covered for 3 months at maximum of £60.
