The Lincat Opus 800 Single Tank Electric Pasta Boiler combines a pasta boiler, steamer and Bain Marie in one compact freestanding unit. The unit features two position water setting: fast fill, or trickle fill to maintain the water level while cooking. A Starch removal system keeps water fresh.
