Lincat OG8111 Opus Twin Tank Gas Fryer - W600mm
Oil drainage through the body of the fryer. Thermostatic control up to 190°C. Two independently controlled fryer tanks. Piezo ignition. Externally fired heating gives easy access for cleaning tanks. No electric supply required. Inc: batter plates, baskets, full lids and stainless steel bucket. Supplied with castors.
Size: W600 x D800mm. Power 32kW. Oil Cap 2 x 14Ltr.
* Pumped Filtration - Oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot and the fryer ready for use again in less than 5 minutes.
* Gravity Filtration Accessory converts the base model into a fryer with two-stage gravity filtration.
