Product Description
The Blue Seal G57-RB 900mm Gas Target Top on Refrigerated Base features a 3-piece, heavy-duty, cast-iron top with fully machined surface. The top plates and removable centre are designed with integral spill protection. The cast top is reinforced with integral heat fins for heat zone definition. The reinforced heat-resistant, variable, low-to-high control knobs are large and easy to use. The refrigerated base features two GN 1/1 drawers with a temperature range of -2° to + 8°C.
