The Blue Seal G508D Evolution Series 8 Burner Gas Range Static Oven is a large 1200mm wide commercial oven and cooktop. The heavy-duty oven has a GN 2/1 capacity with 4 position racking and easy remove heavy wire chrome rack supports. Access to the oven is via a sturdy drop down door and controlled by reinforced thermostatic knobs with an impressive 80-300°C range. The cooktop features eight powerful cast iron knobs with simple to use variable high to low controls.
