The Blue Seal G505D 4 Burner Gas Range Static Oven is a heavy-duty, 750mm wide, commercial oven and cooktop. The 1/1 GN capacity oven with 4 position racking provides substantial space for high volume cooking with temperatures ranging from 80°C to 300°C. A cast iron oven sole plate helps to evenly distribute heat around the oven, for even and consistent results. The cooktop features four powerful cast iron 7kW open burners with straightforward, variable, thermostatic controls.
